Maintaining good hygiene and self health are not that difficult things to do, in fact they are utmost important to stay hale and healthy.

7. Covering your mouth with your hand when coughing or sneezing.

This is one of the most essential things one must do, that is to cover their mouth with their hand or a disposable tissue, whenever one would sneeze or cough.

If you need to cut long nails, clip them longer than you need to, then shape them as you wish with a file. In all other cases, just file them away, this would keep it clean and trim.

5. Line your lower lashes on the inside.

If you want to highlight your lower lid, use eye shadows: apply them some distance away from the growth line of your eyelashes.

4. Picking your nose.

Wash your nose by drawing water from your palm with your left and right nostril alternately.

3. Washing with shower gel every day.

Daily usage of soap and gel is only necessary on our hands, armpits, and the zone below the belt. Other areas can be done with using gel once every 2 days.

The correct amount of toothpaste for an adult is a pea-sized ball, while for children it is the size of a rice grain.

The optimal amount of balm is a drop of the size of a small coin. It should be applied only to dry and split ends.
